MySpace Danny and other online crimes against children

Bil McCoy over at Techmission tipped me off to this online presentation on internet safety by the Maryland Crimes Against Children Task Force. Among the scariest examples they cite: "Myspace Danny," a level 3, high-risk sexual predator from Arizona whose Myspace profile claimed he was "looking for a girlfriend" while conveniently omitting his record of "luring a minor for sexual exploitation." Techmission provides free software and other resources to protect children from pornography and other dangers online through www.SafeFamilies.org.
