Bible Thumpers
My office is right across the street from the Village Voice. I rarely pick up the print version because of its explicit advertising and occassionally pornographic content, but sometimes its investigative reports and social critiques are worth reading (see below for two examples from this week's issue).
This, I'm not so sure about. It's a special "In Focus" section highlighted on the website's homepage called "Bible Thumpers" that basically blasts all things evangelical with overbroad, stereotypical judgements. Or maybe it is worth reading, to understand how the world views us, why they view us that way, and how we can dialogue with them more constructively.
